Hi! My name is Hailey and I specialize in supporting Millennial and GenZ adults and couples. As your counselor, my role is to help you reach your goals and prepare you to manage life’s difficulties and transitions. I help my clients develop both personally and professionally to maintain holistic wellness in their lives. I also support my clients with developing healthy coping skills, creating and maintaining healthy relationships, setting boundaries (especially with family members), and processing through familial trauma and family-of-origin concerns. I also work with children (ages 3-5) and adolescents (ages 15-17) upon request.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and I will help you identify negative beliefs, behaviors, and unhealthy patterns in your life. I offer a conversational style, where I help you identify your problems and collaboratively help you solve them by learning new coping skills, and increasing positive thoughts and behaviors.
