I have been working in this field for over fourteen years and have had time to really hone in and still learn how each and everyone's processes is different and unique. Therapy has helped me manage my own struggles and I believe wholeheartedly that everyone can benefit. My goal is to offer clients a safe and empathetic space to share, grow intrapersonal awareness, and hopefully overcome or cope with grief, anxiety, trauma, and more. I have a passion for helping people and want every person to feel heard and understood.

I am dedicated to helping my clients heal from trauma, grow in self-awareness, and find and establish their identity and value. My husband and I walked through infidelity in our relationship and I compassionately understand the devastation betrayal has on a partner, a relationship, and a family. I understand the difficult questioning that occurs after a betrayal and the excruciating work it takes to become healthy and maintain wholeness. Asking for help is often difficult, however my client-centered approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process and begin healing.

Sandhya Sharma is a South Asian Indian LPC and certified addictions specialist who works with: Adults, Teens, LGBTQ community, and International Communities. Sandhya will help create a safe and supportive therapy environment and work with you collaboratively to both accurately assess your strengths as well as areas of struggle. She will develop a treatment plan with you to help you facilitate behavioral changes that more successfully meet your goals. Sandhya will help you look at the ways you have been currently coping with life’s problems and help you to develop new strategies from a strengths-based perspective.
