I am dedicated to helping clients heal from trauma, grow in self-awareness, and find and establish their identity and value. I have walked through infidelity in my marriage and I understand the devastation betrayal has on a partner, a relationship, and a family. I am also passionate to support clients as they explore religious trauma and deconstruction. I am acutely aware of the complex process of healing in these areas and believe being supported well assists in healing and recovery. Asking for help is often difficult, however my client-centered approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process and begin healing.

I provide safe support for clients during the difficult work of healing from betrayal trauma, religious trauma, and/or family of origin trauma. I also assist clients experiencing life changes, anxiety, depression, negative self-image, body image issues, and relationship issues. I am a CCPS through APSATS, a CSAT through IITAP, IFS trained, and EMDR trained.

I often use Internal Family Systems therapy and EMDR in my practice. I also integrate Person-Centered approaches to treatment in an effort to meet a client where they are with radical acceptance. With IFS we look at how various emotions, thoughts, responses are seeking to protect you as you navigate the world. With EMDR we focus on processing traumatic events/feelings to stabilize and heal.
