As a person who has had experience sitting in the client’s chair, I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help sometimes. I approach clients by meeting them where they are with genuine acceptance. I have experience with a few years in severe mental health working on crisis and working in prison systems. I am also experienced in sex addiction recovery with behavioral and substance abuse. My focus is to help people become more stable in life with life challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, and Motivational Interviewing as just a few to be eclectic in my approach. I know that people are different and celebrate peoples differences.
