I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, or any of life challenges. My process utilizes several evidence-based therapeutic approaches which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and talk therapy.
