I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and many of life’s complex challenges. My therapeutic approach incorporates several evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, and supportive talk therapy.
