I specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), complex trauma (CPTSD) and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). I see anyone who is concerned about emotional control, suicide and dissociation. My clients are typically high-functioning individuals with good insight and self-awareness. However, they are privately suffering and feel unable to escape recurring feelings.

I help you move past self-loathing and despair. My approach is considered both psychodynamic and behavioral. I offer you practical life skills to cope more effectively with stressors, while also healing deeper inter-psychic dynamics. I am trained in Ego State Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, DBT, EMDR, and IFS.
