I provide my clients practical tools that are rooted in evidence-based treatment modalities such as mindfulness, the Gottman method (specific for couples), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I offer therapy to Individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, spirituality, grief, and loss issues. Additionally, I provide therapy to couples who are navigating relationship issues, co-parenting, or seeking pre-marital counseling. I specialize in working with families on issues arising from acculturation that may be causing a rift between the parents and teenage or adult kids because of contrasting religious and family values and Western culture. I use hypnotherapy to do past life regressions to unlock the roots of your current struggles by exploring past lives and finding healing.

The weight of cultural and societal expectations can take a toll on one’s mental health. Family & religious pressure can also have a negative effect on our own identity and self-perception. My goal as a therapist is to help clients embrace their authentic self and discover new paths of healing and growth.
