My practice spans a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, family dynamics, anger, and life transitions. Ongoing training in multiple approaches—including psychodynamic, mindfulness, and trauma-informed—shapes how I consider what may be most useful in each situation.
