I have been working in the mental health field for almost 10 years in a variety of capacities including school settings, inpatient mental health, and outpatient mental health clinics. I offer both in person and Telehealth options.

I have over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, adults, families and groups in many different roles. My passion is working with adults, adolescents and children and adolescents with substance use issues, anxiety, depression, anger, and defiant behaviors. The relationship between therapist and the individual is one of common choice exploring human needs and goals culminating in the wellness of the person. The individual remains the central priority in the counseling relationship.

I do this by using mindfulness, meditation, connecting with nature, ancient yoga practices, and energy balancing techniques. My specialty is helping people in transition such as with relationships, loss through death, career, and health issues.

Hello, my name is Ken Bezio and We will start seeing patients on 9/2/2024. I was born and raised in the North Country. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Throughout my career I have had the privilege to consult and collaboratively work with health professionals and behavioral organizations for many years within the North Country including but not limited to school settings. I have an array of experience treating individuals across the lifespan. I provide an array of psychoanalytical theoretical approaches including but not limited to EMDR as a means of resolving past trauma to enhance mental wellbeing.

I focus on providing clinical support to clients who would like to achieve higher potential in their life, career, sports and overall life balance. Sometimes people feel stuck in old patterns of behavior and weighed down by previous negative experiences. I utilize several psychotherapeutic modalities that are based on individual needs and goals; allowing clients to move forward in a more positive and fulfilling way. I incorporate nutrition and active life style, if needed, to provide the best results for clients.

I have expanded access to EMDR and complimentary trauma modalities to assist in trauma healing and recovery.
