Welcome! I’m a multicultural EMDR therapist who specializes in trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you live more fully, have confidence in your self-worth, and have more peace in body and mind. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and unsafe in the world around you? Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself and others? Perhaps you’ve tried many things to stop obsessive thoughts and gain control, yet you are tired. With extensive knowledge and training of how trauma and eating disorders affect functioning and relationships, I specialize in helping clients learn holistic strategies for healing. We’ll work together with nervous-system work, coping skills, addressing daily functioning, and processing the roots of symptoms.
