I understand their feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, confusion, and sadness. I offer my clients a variety of healing techniques that include talk and trauma focused therapies, guided imagery and parts work. Together, we work to heal and resolve problems and challenges with new skills and abilities.
My compassionate and individualized approach draws on my training in evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. I create a session environment – whether face to face, phone, or secure video conferencing – that is safe, warm, inviting, and productive.
