I work with late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults for both therapy and coaching. Therapy is focuses on healthy communication, while coaching focuses on achieving personal goals.

I believe my clients have all the right tools inside them. Working together we will be able to bring those out so that you can improve self-love, improve communication skills, and have more happiness in your relationships.
