You may be facing new challenges, looking for new ways of relating to your life and the people in it or feeling confused or alone. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of issues. I often find that at the core, much of what I support people in is strengthening self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-expression. I think we often make the most important progress when we’re in a creative and curious mindset, and I try to make therapy “serious fun”, with a light heart when appropriate. We will find our unique groove in navigating your life from all sides: past, present, and future.

I borrow from IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EMDR, and other approaches. Most importantly, I strive to be real and present with you in the moment. In our work together, we will explore your context and things that have happened or stories you have internalized that cause suffering.

I see therapy as a journey we take together; I am just like you. There is something powerful about being witnessed by another, with compassion and care, and putting words to things that we’ve never said to another person. I’ve experienced this power in my own life and hope to be a trust-worthy companion to you in your journey.
