Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, drawing from psychodynamic, Somatic Experiencing, rational emotive behavioral therapies (REBT). Psychodynamic therapy addresses past experiences shaping negative cycles, while REBT targets limiting beliefs hindering growth. Somatic Experiencing is a method of rebalancing the nervous system aiding in trauma recovery by restoring balance. It utilizes the body’s innate healing systems to release stored trauma and return to a more desirable way of living. Your autonomy and ethics are top priority.
