These are difficult times, and it may feel impossible to find a therapist to work with. I offer services via telehealth, and have experience providing treatment via this modality for quite some time (prior to the COVID-19 pandemic). In addition to offering therapy, I also offer clinical supervision to other mental health professionals struggling how to navigate telehealth and the new world we must all work in. Please feel free to contact me for therapy, clinical consultation, or supervision. I am always willing and glad to offer any help where possible. I also offer reduced fee for my services during this time, if necessary.

Everything you may want to work on is usually all connected anyway, so we work to get at the core of the issue. Hello! I'm Nicole and I'm glad you found me! I love helping children, youth, and their families achieve more harmony and happiness in their homes. It can be hard to find a therapist that you trust for your child, especially when they are experiencing something difficult. This is why I believe in a compassionate, playful, and collaborative approach to working with clients. I have spent the majority of my career working with Autistic children, children with trauma, those whose parents are divorcing, and those with suicidal thoughts. I currently only offer telehealth appointments for people ages 12+ and do not take insurance.

I work with adults and couples. I specialize in EMDR therapy, trauma recovery and mood disorders. I have significant experience working with grief and loss. I work with a variety of modalities that include CBT and mindfulness, as well as somatic and psychodynamic principles. Solution Focused counseling and Motivational Interviewing can also be helpful to client seeking more short term, immediate solutions. I am a person-centered therapist with a strength in acknowledging, supporting and respecting the unique view points and perspectives of each individual client.

Dr. Miller received his doctorate in counseling psychology from an APA accredited university and practiced for over 15 years in various settings including the University of Missouri Medical School. He is the former clinical director of the Autism Mentor Program for 2 different universities. Dr. Miller is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and works primarily with adult persons. He treats most mental health concerns: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, interpersonal concerns, faith transitions, etc. Dr. Miller specializes in OCD, high functioning autism, performance psychology (sports psych), and psychological assessment.

I'm a firm believer that mental health care is for everyone, no matter what obstacles you're facing. It's my goal to normalize mental health care for all people. Just as you see a doctor multiple times per year, whether you're ill or not, proactive health care is crucial for a healthy, balanced life; the same goes for your mental health. My ideal client is any human being interested in navigating the rivers of their life, no matter the challenge(s) you're facing. My goal is to help you identify and explore your entire and true self.
