I offer thoughtfully designed therapy for individuals seeking support from a seasoned clinician to help navigate complex emotional experiences, relational challenges, and behavior patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I have particular experience working with childhood adversity, developmental and relational trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, and difficulties in relationships. Whether through conversation, play, creative expression, or experiential interventions, therapy is tailored to the developmental needs and unique strengths of each client.
