Hi—I’m Renee Podunovich and I am licensed in Colorado and Utah. I specialize in helping women experience post-traumatic growth, find relief from depression and anxiety, heal from grief, and navigate life transitions. My clients often wish to move beyond self-doubt, overwhelm, and feeling stuck to reconnect with their vitality, creativity, and inner wisdom. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from patterns of disconnection that keep them from feeling present, empowered, and at ease. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they rediscover their strength and open to new possibilities.

Using an integrative, body-centered approach, I combine EMDR, Integrative Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Guided Imagery with Cognitive Strategies. These evidence-based and creative modalities support both emotional and nervous system healing, helping you release limiting patterns, cultivate resilience, and deepen self-trust.
