I am a licensed, clinical therapist who works with all sorts of people who are in emotional pain. Think issues like anxiety/worry, marriage/relationship dysfunction, depression, family conflicts, college challenges, addiction or anger. I am trained in many different ways of doing therapy. Forming a team approach is crucial and my primary goal for you is real and lasting change. Having a former 25-year career working for a Fortune 100 Company, I also bring real life experiences to the session. I treat emotional trauma through two specific and powerful therapies called IFS and EMDR.

I work with individuals, couples, and families using systems and solution-focused approaches to help cut through the "noise" and "clutter" of life. I assist clients who feel "stuck", overwhelmed, or disconnected from their vision for their life. My passion is to help clients identify healthy options for establishing clearer perspectives and healthier relationships so that they can live the life they envision for themselves as authentically as possible.

In today's society we can be faced with challenges that can affect our daily living. These issues can alter someone's thought process, mood and behavior. Without proper help these issues can manifest into severe mental health concerns. As a Mental Health Professional of 11 years, I've provided therapeutic services for community based treatment, Dept. of Juvenile Justice, ADOC and Acute Hospital settings. I've provided services for adolescent, individual, couples, family and group therapy. My goal is to establish a positive rapport and help an individual become self-aware to the challenges and stressors within their life.

I created Healology to offer a place of safety, support, care, respect and peace. As a client- centered therapist, I am committed to serving my client's mental health needs.
