ATA is a group practice of therapists providing individual and couples therapy in-person (in Auburn, AL), and virtually across Alabama.
We use a variety of techniques and skills, but, most of all, try to be relatable humans who work hard to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful about your future.
We work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, estrangement, and more.
We offer EMDR (trauma), EFT and Gottman (couples), among other models. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming, and have additional training & experience working with ADHD and autistic clients.
Lindsay specializes in maternal mental health - including infertility and loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression/anxiety, etc.
Trevor sees individuals & couples for trauma/PTSD, and relationship issues.
Heather works with adult women with ADHD on anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
Josh sees individuals & couples for relationship issues and trauma.
No matter where you are on your journey of healing and growth, we're here to support you on your way.
