At ATA, our goal is to help you grow, heal, and change for the better. We offer in-person & virtual sessions and work with things like anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, estrangement, and more. We see ages 11+, and work with individuals, couples, & families. Our therapists use evidence-based models like EMDR, TF-CBT, EFT, and the Gottman method tailored to your specific situation and needs. We use a variety of techniques and skills, with human connection and compassion at the heart of it all.
We have specialized expertise and experience working with couples and families, trauma, perinatal mental health, neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), LGBTQIA+ clients and their loved ones, and more.
