I have been in practice for over 10 years with experience in, but not limited to, residential programs addressing alcohol/substance use and eating disorders. I also have extensive experience working with individuals suffering from trauma, life stressors, life transitions, and mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety.
From working with individuals, couples, and families, no two individuals/family systems are the same. I have been trained in the Prepare/Enrich Program and The Gottman Method, which help couples to promote relationship growth. I provide individualized care plans to fit your needs.
