I use the Enneagram and other theories related to mindful growth to help clients better understand themselves and their relationship dynamics. I specialize in relationships; grief; chronic illness and injury; anxiety; depression; religious, medical and childhood trauma; and generally helping people better process and put into context their life experiences.
I am a nationally certified Discernment Counselor able to help couples think through their options when their relationship is on the brink.
