My greatest desire is that each of my clients learn through the process of therapy how to walk in freedom. Freedom from depression, anxiety and present and past issues. I believe that we are a product of our past but that healing begins when we explore that past and begin to write a new story, a healing narrative. It is my belief that a productive therapeuitc relationship begins by providing a safe place, free of judgement and full of grace for the process and ourselves.
I have over 20 years of working with individuals, couples and families. My experience includes working with people struggling with grief, personality disorders, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, breath work, ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing and person- centered strengths- based therapy.
