If I could give a newborn an advice, it would be to feel. The most wonderful and challenging gift of life is our emotions. However, most of the time people struggle to flourish in their life because we fear our own feelings. We, as a society, have been made to believe our emotions and thoughts have positive and negative essence. Thus, we develop fear in feeling our emotions based on the story we associate it with.
