I utilize a wide range of approaches including CBT, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT, DBT, Psychodynamic, culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, client-centered, evidence-based, Strength-based, and other approaches. I'm also certified in ADHD assessment & treatment.
