I work in a therapeutically collaborative way utilizing my experience in psychotherapy, structural family therapy and trauma therapy while integrating my work and training in: Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, EFT, Yogic Studies, and the Creative Arts. This tailored approach offers clients the opportunity to explore their unique path to healing.
I meet each client with warmth and compassion maintaining a balance of support and sensitivity with deeper reflection and exploration.
