Welcome! I'm Briana Panetti, a Licensed Master Social Worker, dedicated to guiding individuals towards well-being. With a Master's degree from Widener University and experience across diverse settings, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages facing challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction, as well as assisting mothers with navigating through pregnancy, post-partum, and motherhood.

I provide compassionate psychological services to adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and relationships. Sometimes life is really hard and we get stuck in the way we think, feel, and act; or we struggle to cope with what life has thrown at us. My approach is to help you feel heard and partner with you to develop new ways to see yourself and the world. Together we work to understand you and your life, and then identify ways to help you become a happier and healthier you. If you don’t quite understand what is going wrong, I utilize psychological testing to help you figure it out.

I believe that the life experiences that I have had lend to my ability to empathize and help heal my clients. I primarily use EMDR therapy and Ego State Therapy in my therapeutic approach. I also have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which emphasizes the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We will work together to learn skills to center the body and calm the mind.

I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and respected especially during difficult times. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and New Jersey Certified School Psychologist with over 25 years experience working in a variety of settings. I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Seton Hall University. In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who present with a variety of emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
