About
I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and respected especially during difficult times. Although family and friends can provide love and support, sometimes we need someone who can be totally objective. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can express needs and leave feeling heard and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Each person enters therapy with a unique set of issues and needs. Together we will develop a treatment plan that is right for you. My goal is to help you heal, grow and discover strengths you didn’t even know you had.
My clinical specialties include: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, woman’s issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working in inpatient care, community mental heath, and private practice.
I understand how hard that first step is, but don’t put it off any longer. Give me a call. I would be honored to work with you.
