Hi! I am Carrie! I have been a counselor for over ten years! I am passionate about helping my clients be the best version of themselves and help process through past experiences that are causing them to feel stuck in the present. I primarily use a combination of EMDR, Ego State Therapy and Somatic Therapy to help get to the route of the issues, rather than merely putting bandaids on the symptoms of these issues. When we do this, we create lasting changes in our brain and body. Our nervous systems can FINALLY relax and enjoy a meaningful and fulfilling life! I am a certified EMDR therapist as well as Approved Consultant through EMDRIA and a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Counselor through the CCE. I have received advanced training and consultation experience in working with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) and Post-Concussion Syndrome.
