My approach to treatment is integrative and utilizes CBT, DBT, CPT, and other strategies as well as relational- and/or insight-oriented approaches. It is my mission to provide a collaborative and validating environment to promote psychological growth and well-being for my clients.

I am specialized in treating older adolescents and adults, particularly women, in a range of mental health issues and life struggles, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, relationship issues, transition difficulties, and more.

I am able to use a wide variety of treatment approaches and can tailor them to match your needs, offering individualized treatment that best helps you be the person you're striving to become. I am currently in network with Aetna of Texas, but am available for those interested in private pay as well.
