I am all about developing peace and joy in life, but that can seem beyond reach when you're going through difficult times. Current stressors could affect your sense of wellbeing. I facilitate the process of retrieving, connecting, and integrating that, which appears to be lost. This work includes 2 components: 1) In session - various techniques for processing events and your reactions, thoughts, and emotions; 2) At home - a (daily) mindfulness practice in order to relieve chronic distress and create a friendly internal environment.
In therapy you can get un-stuck from childhood experiences that keep you captivated. You get to explore and sort what you don't want and also, what you do want. This is the process of healing your past, as well as your relationships, as you develop a better sense of self. And with that, a better life emerges.
