A strengths-based perspective is always utilized. I have experience treating trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness or pain, relationship and/or marital conflict, depression and anxiety.
Additional areas of professional interest include Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), survivors of trauma (sexual, emotional, physical) and clients experiencing stressful life transitions (job loss, retirement, divorce, health changes) and problem gambling.
