With over 24 years of experience, I specialize in helping to heal trauma, navigate reproductive mental health (infertility, abortion, pregnancy loss) and adjust to parenthood. Additionally, I can help support the existential dread a lot of us are feeling right now. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work.
