I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages and understand that everyone communicates and connects in different ways. I help individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, negative thinking patterns, difficult relationships, and life transitions.
I am passionate about partnering with clients to improve their daily lives and achieve their desired outcomes. My approach is direct and honest, while also compassionate and authentic. It is important to me that I work collaboratively with my clients to empower them to work through stressful situations and achieve positive outcomes.
