Hello and welcome to my virtual therapy practice! My name is Rachel Nguyen and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Vermont and Florida. I help people learn how to manage, cope and/or heal their anxiety, depression, grief, loss, ptsd, trauma, OCD and other problems mentioned on this page. Through trust and rapport I am to help my clients accomplish their goals by using my education, training and experience working as a therapist.
I also specialize in treating developmental or neurological conditions like: Autism, learning disabilities or other cognitive impairments like ADHD or Sensory processing disorder. The techniques I teach my clients to overcome the issues they are having depend on their the needs of my client.
For ex: If I have someone come in to therapy having panic attacks I will work with you on learning EMDR techniques, controlled and deep breathing and other exercises.
