My approach is joining the client on their journey in discovering they can achieve their goals while enriching their lives.
I come from a multicultural background of East India & Wales/Scotland backgrounds & enjoy working with people who are culturally diverse & of all ages. I work with individuals, couples, & families challenged by many mental health disorders, especially sexual assault & abuse, relational issues, and life transitions (COVID, divorce, career, medical, etc).
Most of my clients have experienced some form of trauma if not complex PTSD in their lives and find therapy extremely beneficial in addressing these issues. Have you experienced Narcissistic Abuse from a parent or caregiver in your childhood? If so, that most probably has had a profound impact on your relationships and development.
