As a certified meditation instructor I may incorporate this practice into sessions if a client so desires. I believe in cultivating the connection to our higher selves in order to overcome the old patterns that hold us down. We quiet the mind to release patterns. I also work with individuals who use psychedelics to assist in preparation and integration.
