I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field, and have experience working with men, woman, children, refugees and asylum seekers. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I focus a lot of my work in the reproductive and perinatal clinical concerns. Our work is present focused (mostly) and action oriented.
