I have been helping children, teens and adults for over 20 years. I work with a wide array of issues and problems that we all face in life. I have extensive experience in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, communication issues, and ADD/ADHD. I work closely with the family law community to provide Reunification Therapy. This service will typically be initiated through a court-order or an attorney referral. The goal of Reunification Therapy is to repair the parent-child relationship within the context of a high-conflict divorce/separation.

I always like to say God gave me children early in my adult life because I was meant to help children in their own life struggles. I fully believe that God has plans for us even if we do not fully understand them! When our children face struggles that we cannot understand or feel equipped to help them with, we can feel lost and overwhelmed.
