I work with individuals/couples/families who are looking to heal and live a life they are proud of. I believe in a comprehensive approach to mental health, wellness, and healing. I hope to help my clients develop a sense of resilience, mindfulness; aid in the understanding of themselves, and provide a safe place to heal and grow.
I've worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, court, and school settings. I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I primarily work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety & depression, mood disorders, women's issues, PTSD, immigration cases, as well as adjustment & emotional issues.
