I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling to overcome obstacles in their life. Whether anxiety, depression, trauma or negative behaviors are impacting you or your child's success and happiness, I can walk along side you and your family in the process of healing. We will work collaboratively to create realistic treatment goals to help you achieve goals for a healthy path of life.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults using play therapy, activity therapy and traditional talk therapy. While working with children and adolescents, I feel a collaborative relationship with parents is necessary. Therefore, I provide parent consultations and training. I also work with children and adult using EMDR.
