Furthermore, I believe that therapy is a collaborative process: You're in the driver's seat and I'm with you to help navigate the way to your destination.
Though I am an eclectic practitioner, drawing from numerous methods, I primarily utilize Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology. Depending on my client's needs, treatment goal(s), and personality, I will tailor my approach accordingly. At a client’s request, I am also able to integrate Christian interventions into session.
