I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy teaching skills that can be used to help regulate overwhelming emotions, communicate more effectively, and improve meaningful relationships.

I have a passion for listening to people and helping them unpack their current struggles to develop skills needed to grow and move forward. I take pride in creating a non-judgemental and safe space to explore struggles with my clients. I graduated with my masters in social work from the University of Chicago and my masters in theology from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. I have worked with people who were coming from many different walks of life and facing many different challenges. I have worked with children as well as families, couples, and individual adults.

My devotion consists of working with a variety of individuals who suffer from mental health disorders. My experiences vary from anxiety, depression, addiction, and codependency disorders. My specialty focuses in grief therapy. I use cognitive behavior therapy and psychotherapy to support an individuals greater well being.

I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, relational conflict, struggles in parenting, and attachment concerns. I have worked with clients around adoption and relational loss and am passionate about working with adults and teens experiencing intense emotions. I have a diverse background, having worked with children, adolescents, adults and whole families, survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, and at-risk youth. I am a member of the ACA and the Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Issues in Counseling, and take special interest in supporting the LGBTQ+ community.

Hello! I am a recent graduate working towards becoming a licensed professional therapist (LPC). Within the coming months, I will be a licensed associate professional counselor. I have been working in the mental health field with children since obtaining my bachelor's in 2020. While my career is just beginning, I have had experience as an intern at Susquehanna University for a year in the counseling center, in addition to a year with Connections Relational Therapy.

I also received my credentials to work in the field Substance Abuse and Alcohol abuse for the State of New York. I've been a therapist for over 25 years. I have experience working in the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. I've worked with adults, children, and adolescents. I've also worked with families of substance abusers.

I utilize life coaching/career building to help adult clients deal with difficult transitions in current day employment. The solution based focused therapies tend to help those dealing with current life stressors. I provide a variety of age appropriate play in therapy/family therapy as needed when working with a young population. I also utilize Sandtray Therapy and Certified Therapy Dogs for emotional support.
