Currently accepting new clients in PA only. I believe that "it's the connection that heals." To me, it's important to build trust and safety in my work with clients- and also to be genuine! I work with clients facing a wide variety of issues from stress, anxiety, and depression to trauma, mood regulation, identity, family issues, and more. When I work with clients, I meet them where they're at, judgement-free. My clients decide on their own therapy goals, so you are in charge of the direction we take in therapy. Feedback is great! I like to be my real self in therapy with clients, and I hope that encourages you to do the same.
I offer a number of approaches to mental health and will work with you to figure out what works best for you! First and foremost, I am trauma-focused and believe that trauma underlies many of our struggles as people. I am also trained in CBT, DBT, and ACT (all behavioral approaches), and believe that they can be quite helpful!
