I also provide ADHD and executive function coaching, ADHD assessment. Special interest in LGBTQ+ issues, such as gender exploration, relationship counseling,sexual health and sex-related topics.
While I primarily work with adults, I do still accept children for therapy. Specialities including attachment based trauma training, specialization in foster care/adoption/reunification, ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety
I work from a strength based, primarily person-centered perspective with CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory infusion. I am currently training in the Gottman Method for couples counseling. Therapeutic services can look different for each person because we all walk different paths.
That being said - our goals are all the same - to be the best functioning individual we can - whatever that looks like to us.
