About
Everybody experiences adversity differently. Not only is it is important to get to the core issues that are interfering with your daily functioning, but also to have someone provide understanding about these issues. My job is to focus on the presenting symptoms and work to get to the root of the problem. Whether you need individual or family counseling, I can provide it in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. By working together, you will be able to better identify strategies to help manage your symptoms and improve everyday life.
There are many different modalities for treating clients. I will work to find the modality that will allow for progress and personal growth. Personally, I believe that if there is not a bond and comfort between a therapist and a client, that client should be referred elsewhere. This is my promise to my clients.
I try to have flexible hours and our therapists are available to fit your schedule. We understand when things come up and your appointment is no longer priority. I hope to have my clients feel comfortable in my office and will work to help clients feel open and safe.
