I work with primarily preteens, adolescents, and adults. My main focus of treatment is working with clients who are struggling with emotional issues, whether they are situational or due to a diagnosed mood and/or personality disorder. Additionally, I specialize in treating clients who have both emotional issues and substance abuse problems. I have worked in the mental health and addictions field for the past 20 years and feel that most substance abuse issues are the symptom of an underlying emotional problem. Music therapy is a modality I offer to clients who may struggle with traditional "talk therapy".

There are times when problems may seem overwhelming. Whether they're your child's problems or your own problems you may need help to manage. If you are or your child is struggling with relationships, family changes, anxiety, sadness, school difficulties, ADHD, or in any other way, let me try to help.
