Hello, I'm Katie! I have experience in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, grief, gender dysphoria and many other areas. I hope to create a caring, authentic, encouraging and warm environment for all my clients so they can feel supported, comforted and challenged to grow. I particularly enjoy working with older kids, adolescents and young adults. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) in Pennsylvania.
I employ art therapy, mindfulness techniques, play therapy, client centered and strength based approaches when appropriate. I consider myself holistic and like to look at the whole picture as to be aware of the many influences in each person’s life. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and believe it can be a powerful vehicle for healing.
