Through a relational approach, my aim is to meet people where they are and work towards greater clarity and freedom from the pain and fear we have experienced. I believe in the power of relationship, especially the one we have with ourselves, to help us heal, grow, and discover how to be intentional about the kind of life we want to live. I approach the work with compassion and an open heart, inviting all parts of ourselves to be known and understood.

I am a licensed professional counselor, who is passionate in helping others reach their treatment goals through therapeutic interventions and working on setting specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely treatment objectives. I strongly support person-centered treatment and maintaining a safe and holistic therapeutic environment, while also focusing on the strengths of the individual.

I have worked with individuals and couples for over 40 years. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, marital and relationship issues, and sexual dysfunction. I utilize well-respected and researched interventions from the field of cognitive behavioral therapy and marriage and relationship counseling. When seeking a therapist, one must not only consider the competence and experience of the prospective therapist, but also one's comfort level and ease of rapport with the therapist.I view any individual or couple's entrance into therapy as an expression of courage and hope.

I have worked in the counseling field for over 21 years. Prior to counseling, I had over 25 years First Responder experience working in Law Enforcement and Forensic Investigations. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army with a total of 6 years service. I have come to understand a persons profession can play a role with their internal struggles with a variety of problem areas such as addictions, depression, anxiety, and acute and post traumatic stress.

For over 40 years I have sought to understand truth and wisdom. I've come to recognize the nature of suffering and each persons desire for release from suffering. I know that healing is a gentle unfolding, created with correct individual guidance, support and care. This assists each person's understanding of their personnel truth and authenticity, which leads a deeper inner awareness of true self, inner wisdom and to peaceful liberation.

When life becomes overwhelming, many people experience anxiety and depression, often feeling stuck and unable to move forward. Rachel Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years in the mental health and addictions field. Rachel works with adults who are seeking help for trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, Women’s issues, and life transitions. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University.

I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for many years in a variety of settings including child welfare, school settings and private practice. I specialize in working with children of all ages from toddlers to young adulthood. I have experience and I am trained in anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, Autism, ADHD and anger.

I have 20 years experience with almost all disorders and severity levels. My strengths in practice are with domestic abuse victims and complex attachment trauma. I seek to free you of guilt, shame and emotional build up in the nervous system. Together we develop stability of self esteem and confidence. I have extensive experience with PTSD and healing symptoms of fear, dissociation and hypervigilance through EMDR and brainspotting. I also work with couples and families. Dreamwork may be used to uncover sub/unconscious messages. All age groups and issues welcome, we can get through this together!
