Threads of Hope
Threads of Hope is a therapeutic group for individuals grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. Unlike other forms of grief, suicide loss often carries a heavy emotional burden and stigma, making it isolating and difficult to process. Suicide grief is not linear; it can be raw, disorienting, and prolonged. This group acknowledges that pain and offers understanding, tools for healing, and a sense of community with others who truly understand. Pre-registration is required by calling (908) 651-9388. Group meets the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 pm
