My practice offers a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotional well-being, health, patterns, and develop the tools you need to create positive change – all with a touch of humor when appropriate.
My approach is collaborative and focuses on establishing balance, reducing symptoms, and managing stress, and improving relationships. I specialize in fertility and postpartum, anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, and life transitions. My priority is to empower you to create the life and relationships you deserve.
